Amazing Apricot

I made this beer for my girlfriend who likes lite beer but we broke up since and now I'll just have to drink it, OH WELL

Beer: Amazing Apricot Style: Fruit beer
Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons
Color:
7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: tap water with 2 tsp gypsum
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 6 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
irish moss at 30 minutes
Hops: 0.75 oz. Hallertauer (3.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.50 oz. Hallertauer (3.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.75 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1272 american II liquid yeast with no starter
Log: use 3lbs 1oz oregon apricot puree in the secondary fermentor
Carbonation: 4.75 oz corn sugar
Tasting: It has taken over 3 weeks to carbonate but it is very light with an apricot aroma and taste
