15 lb. Pumpkin
Mash: 65% efficiency
Grain only protein rest at 130F for 30 min.
Mashed grains and mashed pumpkin pulp at 152-155F for 60 mins
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.041 15 gallons
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp Clove, ground
1 tsp Orange Peel
1 vanilla bean - split
2 oz Fresh Ginger root, grated
All spices added for 30 mins

1/2 tsp Irish Moss at 15 mins remaining.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (5.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (5.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (5.2% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (5.2% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale (1084) Pitchable Pak split between 2 5 gal carboys.
