Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: Well. No analysis. It is hard though.
Grain: 10 lb. American 6-row
1 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. American chocolate
29 oz. Pumpkin
Mash: 63% efficiency
Pumpkin mashed with grains
Protein @ 130° 1:1 30 minutes
Beta @ 145° 1:1.27 20 minutes
Alpha @ 155° 1:1.53 20 minutes
Mash-Out @ 168° 1:2.5 20 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WYeast 1338 European Ale w/ 1.040 starter
Log: Spices added to 1 qt boiling water. Let cool. Add to bottling bucket. Rack from secondary.

1/4 tsp each of ground Cinamon, Allspice, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 11.1 psi @ 42°F
Tasting: This one came out nice. Not as smooth as last years though. I think it's got to do with the water. I'll learn more this year as I continue the art.
