4 lb. Alexanders Sun Country Pale Malt 5 lb. Honey |

irish moss last 15 min. Yeast energizer, 6 tablets. Add all ingredients to pot and boil for 60 minutes. Skim 'honey foam' from top of wort to clear the boil. |

Hops: | 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | Muntons Premium dry, 30 grams will do. | |||||||
Log: | Primary 10 days @ 65F Secondary 2 weeks @ 50F then 3 weeks @ 34F. Add 4oz strawberry/kiwi flavoring and keg @ 34F for 2 weeks or more. Will last for a long time and flavor will change will lagering. |
