0.50 oz. American chocolate
2.62 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash grains @ 151-154*F 60 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 11 gallons
Hops: 0.72 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.10 oz. Centennial (15% AA, 60 min.)
0.73 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
0.11 oz. Centennial (15% AA, 45 min.)
1.04 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
0.19 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
0.09 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
0.38 oz. Chinook (aroma)
0.38 oz. Saaz (aroma)
0.10 oz. Willamette (aroma)

Add 26 oz pitted fresh pureed apricots simmered 2 hours to secondary. After second fermentation, alcohol will be about 6%+ abv
