Yeast: | Used Wyeast American Ale 1056 for this. | |||||||
Tasting: | Tasted after primary and decided to add 2tsp ginger, 1Tblsp Cinammon, and 2 tblsp vanilla extract to secondary. I boiled and cooled these in a half quart of water and added. |
