Mash grains at 153°F for 60 minutes using 1.3 qt per pound of grain. Continuously sparge w/ 180°F water to attain 6.5 gal. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.044 | 6.5 gallons | |||||

Add 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes of boil. Add honey just before flameout. | ||||||||

Log: | Primary at 70°F for 5-10 days until activity subsides. Transfer to secondary adding 1 49 oz can Oregon Fruit Blueberry Puree and 2 tsp pectic enzyme. Allow 14 days in secondary at 70°F. | |||||||
