Bitterness: 39 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Calcium Carbonate added to mash
Grain: 7 lb. British pale
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. British chocolate
1 lb. British Roasted Barley
2 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1.625 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale Yeast
Log: Peppermint Leaves added to Secondary
