Yeast: | WLP051 California V Ale Yeast
Log: | pitched yeast at 70°F. Note: to folks that use imersible wort chillers make sure the hops are sparged before the wort is chilled the honey has tendency to coagulate in the hops when its cooled. |

Carbonation: | 1 3/4 cup of light DME. 1/2 cup of honey can be substituted, though that may cause the honey flavor to be a little overpowering.
Tasting: | mmmmmmmm honey..... I would sparge the hops better. I think I lost alot at that point. A lager yeast WLP840 American Lager can be substituted if you care to lager instead. |
