Easter Ale
in order to facilitate the receipe format I put the sugar content value for maple syrup instead of maple sap which I used instead of water (5 gal.) and it had a OG of 1012 on the hydrometer.

Yeast: | coopers and 1 tsp nuitrient 1hr @ 75 F. | |||||||
Log: | very active ferment in six hours finished in 5 days at 1004 temperature 73F average. I was surprised at the low fg I assume the sap to be highly fermentable.racked after 2 days,issinglass day 5 cleared in 2 days. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 1/2 cup dextrose in the keg 72F 5 days , 10 psi 12 hours at 35F. |
