Grain: 9 lb. Marris Otter
3 oz. Belgian Special B
Mash: 80% efficiency
One hour mash at 156° F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 7 gallons
One head of fresh crushed garlic was added at the 60min mark.
Five heads of roasted garlic were added at the 15min mark.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnang (4.2% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Whitelabs California Ale yeast
