Yeast: | 5 gal on 1056 yest cake from pale ale,5 gal on pacman yeast cake from pale ale. ferment 6 weeks rack 5-7 gal into various carboys for wood aging/bourbon wood aging remember to leave some plain for blending. at bottling blend to taste add corn sugar and pitch 1 smack-pac wyeast 1728 and bottle condition for one year!!! |
