add 1 oz fresh grated ginger, 1/2 tsp Irish Moss, 1 tsp acid blend, 3 tsp yeast nutrient, corn sugar, & honey to 1.5 gal water and boil 15 minutes. 1lb strawberries, two medium pears, 5 kiwi fruits and 1 large can of peaches, (heavy syrup, syrup added to boil). Dice fruit and add AFTER boil; let steep 15 minutes. Add wort (unsparged) to 3 gal's water. Aerate well. | ||||||||
