Strain the grain water into your brew pot, then add 1.5 lb cane sugar. Boil for 45 minutes following the hop's schedule. 10 minutes before aroma hops add 1 lb. Light dry malt extract. Add cold water to hit 4 gallons, cool the wort then pitch your yeast as usual. |
