Mash: 77% efficiency
Crush and steep in 1.2 gallon's (5.45 L) 150°F/160°F (65.5°C) water for 40 minutes:
1 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 10L
2 lb. German Pilsner

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.177 1.2 gallons
1.8 lb. Cane sugar
6 oz. Honey
Strain the grain water into your brew pot, then add 1.8 lb cane sugar. Boil for 90 minutes following the hop's schedule.
Add cold water to hit 3.80 gallons, cool the wort then pitch your yeast as usual.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 90 min.)
0.50 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
