1 lb. Raw barley
Steep: steep specialty grain for one hour at 150°
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.040 7 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
24 oz. Honey
Irish Moss at last hopping
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (2.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Trappist ale yeast
Log: Fermentation temp. 75°.
Carbonation: Force carbonation to taste
