Tasting: | Okay. This beer is really really young for it's strength but it sure is tasty. I drank two the other night and didn't realize just how powerful it was until I stood up. It definately deserves some age. It's going to sit for a while before I drink anymore of it. It's really smooth going down. It it felt really warm all the way to my belly like a fine bourbon. The smoke flavor blends very well without dominating the whole thing. Nice and subtle. I felt like I was sitting in front of the fireplace in my old apartment. I wish I still had a fireplace. Renting stinks. |
