Yeast: | Whitelabs California Ale, Dry Nottingham ale yeast. When racking to secondary add 25 drops of Liquid Beano to secondary. Let the secondary run it's course, and you will have a very low carb ale. |

Log: | 65° or less for 3 weeks total | |||||||
Carbonation: | I use 3/4 cup corn sugar for 5 gallons. 3 weeks to get bubbly then, 4 weeks to age a little. | |||||||
Tasting: | Dry like champagne, highly bubbly good honey charachter. |
