Just for me again.
I'm hopeing that by using alot of crystal and pale malt (instead of Amer 2 row) it will help cut the bitterness some.

Grain: 2 lb. British crystal 70-80L
12 lb. British pale
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash for 90 min
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.049 7 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. U. S. Magnum (14.4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
3 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Mtn
