Ol Dirty Bastard
A very nice ESB, on the high side of Bitterness, but the Victory malt,
and fresh Hugh Baird malt, accentuate the Malt Profile. A very good Beer, Deceptively Strong.

Tasting: | Very nice ESB high on bitterness, But nice. I would cut the Target hops back to 3/4 oz next time and target for about 45 IBU's otherwise perfect, priming with 1/4 cup corn sugar, and serving this at 48° Makes this pretty close to the real thing. |
