Tried to make a british brown. Didn't work well.

Tasting: | No body, too bitter for what I was looking for. IBU level is probably okay if the beer had more body. Works well for cooking. For some reason, the recipator really munged my results. Either that, or my LHBS didn't give me what they said they did. My OG was 1.036. Need to cool faster next time. |
