Mash: | 60% efficiency | |||||||
One step infusion mash and sparge (Esky style insulated container) All grain in 12-15 L water at 73 C. Stir, comes to 69 C. Seal lid. Come back 1.5 hrs later. Temp abt 67 C. Drain. Rerun til clear Sparge 15 L 78 C. |
