Mr. Mayor's Holiday Ale
Modification of an earlier English Brown (should show up as 'Hermione Brown') for use as holiday brew. Haven't made it yet, but as you see it is how it will be made.

Log: | For lack of a better place, here's a few notes on the hops and the spicing. Noting 1/2 oz. of hops at each addition is based on 5.5% AA levels. A tea will be made consisting of: 1 tsp. Allspice 1/2 tsp. Ground Clove 2 sticks cinnamon 2 cardamom seeds 1 grated orange peel (watch out for the pith!) A little strong? So what. This is my beer. You go make your own. |

Carbonation: | Bottle carbonated. Add priming sugar to tea made above. |
