Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
32 HCU (~16 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Rio De Flag. Nothing but the best.
Grain: 2 lb. Belgian biscuit
Steep: Steep grains just to boil then sparge and remove.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.108 3 gallons
8 lb. Amber malt extract
Last 15 minutes of the boil add 1 tsp of Irish Moss.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: British ale yeast
Log: 65-70 degrees for one week. Transfer to secondary for another week then bottle. 2 weeks in the bottle then enjoy!
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: Super fromundamynut!!!!!!!!!!!!
