Mash: 85% efficiency
Single Infusion - Batch Sparge: Saccharification 153°F for 60 min. Sparge @ 168°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 4.15 gallons
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Whirlfloc tab @ 15 min. remaining
Hops: .6 oz. Target (10.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1098 British Ale
Carbonation: 2.4 Volumes of CO2 - 4 oz corn sugar or keg and force carbonate.
