Water: 1 tsp of gypsum added to mash, sparge water and boil
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American victory
1 lb. British crystal 135-165L
3.8 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Dough in at 104°F, mashed in 3.5 gal h2o @ 155°F 60 Min
Sparged with 4 Gal H2O at 200°F
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.059 6 gallons
Irish Moss added last 10 min of boil
Hops: .25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Hallertauer (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8% AA, 60 min.)
1.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Liquid Burton Ale Yeast
