Popped a batch of Popcorn one evening and ..hummm.. why not brew with it.

Bitterness: 32 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: I have soft water, so i added:
<1gm salt (NaCl)
1,7gm Gypsum (CaSO4)
2gm Baking soda (NaHCO3)

Grain: 50g Belgian aromatic
300g Belgian biscuit
100g British crystal 70-80L
50g British chocolate
250g Popp corn
Mash: 75% efficiency
Simple Infusion mash.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.044 20 liters
1500g Dark dry malt extract
400g Black dry malt extract
Hops: 30g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 70 min.)
15g Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: 1 enflated pk. Wyeast 1028 London Ale XL
