Chet and Carols Irish Ale

This is an Irish ale recipe that I found. I dedicating it to my brother-in-law and his family in memory of their parents and my mother-in-law as well

Beer: Chet and Carols Irish Ale Style: English Brown
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 2.13 gallons
Color:
126 HCU (~41 SRM)
Bitterness: 0 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: I am using good Lansing tap water
Grain: 4.3 oz. American crystal 60L
3.2 oz. American crystal 120L
4.3 oz. Roasted barley
2.1 oz. British chocolate
Steep: I am steeping the British Crystal 60 and 120, the roasted barley and British chocolate at 150° for 30 minutes. Remove grain
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.145 1 gallons
3.0 lb. Light malt extract liquid
8 oz. Amber dry malt extract
I am adding the British Pale malt extract and boiling for 60 minutes
Hops:
Yeast: Cool the wort down to 70° add Wyeast Irish ale yeast.
Log: I plan on fermenting at around 70°-75° for 2 weeks will check FG and bottle.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 4.41 oz. for 4 gallons @ 72°F
I will carbonate/condition in my basement, Temperature runs between 55°-60°
