Long Pull v.3

I have made this recipe three times now. Twice as an extract brew and today as an all grain. So far, of my extract brews, this one was my favorite

Type: All grain Size: 6 gallons
Color:
20 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. British pale
.5 lb. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. British brown
.25 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash with 3.5-4 gallons water
Dough in at 165 to hit 152 for an hour
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
Whirlfoc added at 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Challenger (7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Challenger (7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-04 rehydrated
Log: 9-13-10 Brewed
9-20-10 Rack to Secondary
10-4-10 Bottle
10-21-10 Get drunk on
