6.2 oz. American crystal 40L
3.8 oz. Belgian chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single Infusion Mash at 152° F for 60 minutes. Sparge/Mash out at 168° F for 20 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
1/2 tsp Irish Moss @ 15
1/2 tsp Wyeast Nutrient @ 10
Hops: 1.25 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 London Ale from starter
