13 oz. American 6-row
4 lb. 5 oz. Belgian pale
3 oz. American Munich
1 lb. 9 oz. Belgian aromatic
9 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. American crystal 10L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
11 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash at 152 degrees for 60 minutes.
Mash out at 168 degrees for 15- minutes.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.046 7 gallons
1- tsp Irish moss, final 15- minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Challenger (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Transferred wort on top of 1968 Special London yeast cake
from cream ale brewed 1- week before.

Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
