Add DME, liquid extract, Malto Dextrin and 1 3/4 oz Northern Brewer hops. At 15 min. left add Irish Moss, 1/4 oz of Northern Brewer hops, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, and 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 oz dried ginger. At 1 min left add 1 vanilla bean split lengthwise. | ||||||||
