Mash: 70% efficiency
heat 7 gal h2o to 165 add grain to obtain 150-152 mash for 60 mins
increase temp 168 for mash out recirculate til runings clear, start running off and add 168 sparge water, sparge 45-60 mins
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.041 15 gallons
irish moss 30 min boil 1 tsp
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: reculture, east coast ale and american ale
Log: 68 degree fermentation
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes
