Wedding Ale

Made this one for my daughters wedding with the groom assisting. This should get them off to a great start. I expect it even improves fertility.

1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. Belgian Special B
.5 lb. British chocolate
1 lb. Flaked oats
.5 lb. British brown
Mash: 80% efficiency
30 minutes at 122°
45 minutes at 155°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 11 gallons
2 lb. Amber malt extract
Added Irish Moss for last 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.8% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyest London Ale 1028
Log: Brewed 7/21/07. Fermented in bathtub with cold water to keep cool because it's hot in Calif this time of year
Carbonation: Bottle carbonated with 2 cups corn sugar
