Mash: 87% efficiency
I cut the sparge time to 40 minutes on this batch.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
Irish Moss at 15.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (14% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (14% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: American Ale Yeast
