Kodavista I.B.A (aka bust a nut brown)
I tried to recreate the dogfish brown ale with the hops avaible . and using the true brew kits . my first atempt was ok but lacked color and mineral this time i am using a nut brown kit with a few extra hop additions... we shall see by the way Kodavista is an old Kodak neighboorhood i live in in rochester,NY so all of my other styles ive posted bear this name

Tasting: | cant wait to see how close one can come to making dogfish head iba but i know the alcohol level will be lower cause i have less malt but we will see im continueing my experments with true brew kits.....and clone atempts |
