Single Infusion mash. 153° for 60 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.061 6.8 gallons
10 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes boil
Hops: 2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1728 Activator smack pack. Made 1 quart starter 2 days in advance
Carbonation: 2.3 CO2 volumes; force carbonated in keg
