Boil: minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
.5 lb. Cane sugar
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
Log: Added 1 pound (3 cups) corn sugar to last 15 minutes of boil. After three to 4 days of active fermentation, blanch 3 to four pounds of frozen blueberries and add to secondary with 1/2 pound (1 cup)of cane sugar.
