Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 30.3 liters
Add Irish moss in the last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: .40 oz. Pride of Ringwood (8% AA, 60 min.)
0.32 oz. cascade (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.32 oz. saaz (15 min.)
Yeast: American Lager #2035 starter
Log: Ferment at 12 deg. Celcius
Carbonation: Prime Bottles with dextrose (185 grams)
