Added 1/2 tsp. Irish Moss @ 15 minutes out
Hops: 3 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: White Labs German Bock Lager Yeast
Log: Primary 1-5 days at 65 degrees. Secondary 4-6 months at 38 degrees
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 9.1 psi @ 38°F
Tasting: great malty lager. enjoy
