Sc-Ale Of Justice Batch #1
This brew was made for my Brother-In-Law. He was about to graduate
from Law School and this brew was intended to be a study aid for his
final exams. Needless to say he did graduate and was in the top of
his graduating class. Way to go Ryan!!!!!

Tasting: | A very smooth taste with a mild bitterness. Almost too easy to drink. Also gives a hint of sweetness from the honey. This beer has repeated with very little alterations and has came out wonderful each time. I would reccomend to any one wanting a great easy brew. Help in celebrating the joys of having a law graduate in the family. |
