start from cold bath and raise to 154 degrees. hold mash at this temp for 90 minutes. raise to 170. hold for 20 minutes. vorlauf for 15 minutes. sparge with 170 for 45 minutes. collected 25 gallons. boil down to 22 gallons.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 25 gallons

Hops: 5 oz. Fuggles (6.1% AA, 90 min.)
