Adnams Suffolk Strong Clone

I'm trying to replicate Adnams Suffolk Strong Ale.
This is my first attempt at it. The original is
Maris Otter pale, crystal and Fuggles. This clone
is Muntons pale, crystal and Fuggles.

Beer: Adnams Suffolk Strong Clone Style: English Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 11 liters
Color:
11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 47 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Carbon-filtered tap water.
Grain: 100g British crystal 50-60L
Steep: Grains steeped in 2 liters of cold water and brought
to simmer. Removed from heat, held for 5 minutes and
then strained into boiler.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 12 liters
1.2kg Light dry malt extract
0.16kg Dextrose
Tsp. Irish Moss added 15 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 35g Fuggles (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
15g Fuggles (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
10g Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: 11.5g sachet DCL Safale S-04 dry ale yeast.
Log: Pitched on 27/Jun/1998 @ 20°C. Fermented @ 18°C. Dropped
into secondary at the end of day 2. Bottled end of day 7.
Will taste after day 21.
Carbonation: Dextrose: 70g for 10 liters @ 18°C.
