Dough in with H20 about 90°C Temp. stablized about 63-64°C hold 10 min. Add more H20 temp. stablized about 70°C hold about 10min. Start recirculation go about 25 min. pump wort into kettle took about 30 min. Had flame going as soon as wort went over screen. |
