Just a basic Pale Ale that's refreshing, but flavorful and interesting to drink.

I use a HERMS, so I tend to dough in a bit low work up. Aim for around 152-154°f.
Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.037 | 6.5 gallons
Not a big fan of farting around with the boil. As long as I make it past the break without any big problems, I call it good.
Hops: | 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 0 min.) |

Yeast: | Safale S-04. Fast, good, and definatly english. Not so estery, but not so borring as well. Besides, dry yeast are getting so good, no reason to mess with the liquid.
Log: | Fermeted around 67° in my basment. Love the new house. Looks like rain or shine, snow or beating sun, the basment stays 67°.
Carbonation: | 2.2 volumes is perfect. Keg: 10.0 psi @ 42°F (OR) Corn Sugar: 3.55 oz. for 5 gallons @ 67°F |

Tasting: | As always, the perfect pint is the last pint. The first one was really good too. Early draw had a little bit of a yeast bite from short secondary. Needed 2 weeks insted of one, but I was in a rush. |
