Little Dragon ESB
This all-grain recipe is a great version of a traditional ESB. The brewmaster from Mt. Shasta Brewing company has brewed 450 gallons of it in honor of this recipe.

Tasting: | This is a traditional ESB which is not, in fact, bitter at all. It has little head and a slightly malty flavor. It drinks smooth and easy - a real session beer similar in ways to Bass Ale. |
