With the long boil you will carmelize the sugar in the wort making it darker and giving you a more pronounced malt flavor with out the use of alot of specialty malts.
Hops: 74.7 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 180 min.)
49.8 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
47.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
