Grain: 0.32kg British crystal 50-60L
Steep: 30 minutes @ 68-70°C (166-170°F)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.125 7 liters
2.12kg Light malt extract
0.14kg Dark dry malt extract
0.18kg Brown sugar
0.18kg Honey
Hops: 26g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
5g Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast London Ale in big quantity (1 step of starter)
Log: Primary Fermentation: 1 week @ 20°C (70°F)
Secondary Fermentation: 20 days @ 14°C (58°)
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes Cane Sugar: 11.8g for 8 liters @ 18°C
