4 oz. American victory
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes at 150F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.256 1.5 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
12 oz. Brown sugar
12 oz. Honey
2 lb. Amber dry malt extract
12 oz. Molasses
Add honey, Molasses and Irish Moss with 15 minutes left in the boil.
Hops: .25 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
