Log: | 11/16/02 - brewed. Sparge stuck. Yeast started within 18 hours, but plodded along for the most part. 12/1/02 - racked over in to secondary. Roasty, overly hoppy (as expected). Will allow to settle for a couple of weeks before bottling. Plan to use Brown Sugar as priming sugar. |
